Tom is the Founder of curiousGrowth, and started the journey of helping businesses after becoming heavily involved with small business advocacy during the 2020 and 2021 lockdowns.
Tom is also the Founder. andChief Instructor of Canberra Martial Arts & Fitness, it does as the name suggests across two locations (and growing) in Canberra, Australia.
Sometimes things happen for a reason, in 2011 he opened his martial arts club to share his knowledge. In 2016 someone remarked "that's a nice hobby business" and within 12 months he was full-time with the club. During the process he was awarded his ExecMBA from RMIT and finished it in Feb 2020 - just in time to lead both his business and as President of the local trader group through the lockdown periods. Developing a passion for helping small businesses.
Now Tom has developed a 12 month program to help others take their business full-time, and regain 10hrs. a week for working "on the business" and is taking it to the world.
